That's the package. We plan and coordinate the whole celebration; you make the decisions that are actually fun to make. No committee meetings, no spreadsheet homework, no chasing a florist the week of your wedding.

You pick the place; we match you to venues from our network that genuinely suit your guest count and budget, and coordinate the booking.
Food & beverage
The best micro wedding dinners come from the venue's chef or a local restaurant — you choose the menu you actually want, we coordinate everything with the kitchen.
Photography
Photography is personal. We shortlist local photographers whose style matches yours, and coordinate them into the timeline once you choose.

Our Little Wedding packages include a licensed officiant, personal florals, wedding cake, hair & makeup, a day-of coordinator, and a planning portal that organizes every decision. Venue, food & beverage, and photography are chosen by you and coordinated by us — so 'all-inclusive' means all the planning and coordination is handled, while the biggest personal choices stay yours.
Our packages run from $4,500 for an elopement to around $9,500 for up to 50 guests. With venue, food & beverage, and photography added, most couples land between roughly $10,000 and $30,000 all-in — typically a third to half the cost of a traditional Sonoma wedding.
A venue package covers what happens on their property. We cover everything: matching you to the right venue in the first place, booking and managing every vendor, building the timeline, and running the day. You get one point of contact instead of six vendor relationships to manage yourself.
No. Vendors you book directly — like your venue and photographer — are billed at their own prices. Our fee is the package price, stated up front.
Two to fifty guests. That spans a two-person elopement, a 15-person minimony, and a 50-person intimate wedding. Over 50 guests, a traditional planner is honestly a better fit — and we'll tell you so.
