A Full
Celebration

Rentals, entertainment, custom details, multiple vendors — the works. We coordinate every moving piece so you don't have to.

The Experience

What this looks like

A Full Celebration is for weddings with more complexity — more vendors, a longer day, more moving pieces. It has everything in Simple & Beautiful, plus the depth of coordination that a bigger event actually needs.

You'll meet with us 5 or more times to align on every detail. We manage all your outside vendors — transportation, entertainment, rentals — not just the ones we sourced. We build a custom timeline that accounts for every vendor handoff, every load-in window, every guest movement.

On your wedding day, your coordinator is on-site for 8 hours. Early arrival, full day, through send-off. Every vendor arrives knowing exactly what to do and when. You walk in, you celebrate, we handle everything else.

How It Works

From booking to wedding day

1

You book

Your planning portal goes live same day. It knows your wedding stage, your vendors, and your coordination needs from day one.

2

5+ planning meetings

We meet as many times as your wedding requires. More vendors means more alignment — we make sure every decision is made and documented.

3

We match and coordinate all vendors

Venue, photographer, caterer, plus all outside vendors — transportation, entertainment, rentals. We manage every relationship so you don't have to.

4

Custom timeline design

We build a detailed, custom timeline for your full day — including all vendor handoffs, loading windows, and guest flow. Distributed to everyone before the wedding.

5

8-hour day-of coordination

Your coordinator is on-site for the full day. Early vendor load-in, ceremony, reception, through to final send-off. The full experience, managed end-to-end.

Common questions

What's the difference from Simple & Beautiful?

Same complete team, deeper coordination. Full Celebration adds 5+ planning meetings (vs 3), 8-hour day-of coordination, outside vendor management for rentals/transport/entertainment, and custom timeline design. It's for weddings with more moving pieces.

What counts as an outside vendor?

Any vendor you bring in beyond what we source — a specific florist you've chosen, a transportation company, a DJ or band, specialty rentals, a videographer. We manage all of them.

Are food and beverage included?

Food and beverage are not included — you book and pay your caterer or restaurant directly. We match you to the right option based on your venue, guest count, and style. Most couples spend around $150 per person. A restaurant in a shared dining room is the most affordable; private chefs and full catering brought into a venue cost more.

What about venues? How much do those cost?

Venues are not included — you book directly. We match you from years of California relationships. Costs range from $40 for a public park permit to $8,000–$15,000 for a full Saturday buyout of a winery or estate. Restaurants with private rooms typically run $1,500–$4,000. We'll recommend options that fit your budget.

Can I add to this package?

Yes. Through your planning portal you can add personalized ceremony scripts, ceremony musicians, floral upgrades, additional hair & makeup, and more at clear published prices.
