Micro wedding planning with us runs in eight steps. It starts with a free consult and your real planning portal. From there you choose your venue, food, and photography from curated shortlists, and we include and coordinate the base vendors. A team of day-of coordinators runs the wedding itself.

2Venue Consultation
We research venues custom for every couple, so nothing here is cookie-cutter. We inquire on your behalf, gather real pricing and date availability, and load it into your portal for you to review at your own pace. Then an advisory call, where we walk the options side by side and flag each venue's requirements and real costs before you book. You decide. You contract and pay the venue directly, while we stay looped in on every vendor conversation, read the contract, and advise throughout. Booking the venue locks your date.You- 3

Do we need a date to book?
No, and we encourage going without one. Many of our couples book before they've set a date, which keeps us free to pursue the venue you truly want. Staying flexible on the day opens up your best venue options. Your date locks the moment you book your venue.
How does micro wedding planning work here?
You make the meaningful choices. We build the shortlists, run the logistics, and close every loop behind them. Your venue, food & beverage, and photographer are never in the package price. You pay each directly, at their real price, while we curate the list and coordinate. The included details are different. Officiant, florals, cake, and Hair & Makeup. Day-of coordination too. Those we source, book, and pay for you, and we coordinate all of it.
How much of our time does planning take?
A fraction of doing it yourself. Most couples spend a few hours total across the portal questions and the planning calls, instead of the hundreds of hours traditional planning can demand. Every question we ask exists because a vendor needs the answer, there is no busywork.
Do we get a say in vendors, or do you just assign them?
The Big Three are your call from matched options — your venue, food & beverage, and photographer — each paid directly. The included vendors are matched to your preferences, and if something isn't right, we fix it. You never contact, pay, or sign a contract with the inclusions.
When does our planning actually start?
After your consult, we send your real planning portal. You can explore it before you commit to anything. When you're ready, a 25% deposit and a signed contract begin your planning. Your full team, vendor shortlists, and timeline activate. Your wedding date locks later, when you book your venue.
Who runs the actual wedding day?
A team of wedding coordinators. They step in well before the day and confirm everything with every vendor. You do a final walk-through together, then they run the day from first delivery to last dance. No one in your family has to work your wedding.
