From the moment you book, your planning portal is live. We meet three times to nail down your preferences — ceremony style, florals, cake, hair & makeup, the details that make it yours. We match you with a venue and photographer from our California network. You pick who you love; we coordinate everything.
On your wedding day, your coordinator is on-site running every moving piece. Vendor arrivals, timeline, ceremony cues — all handled. You walk in, get married, and enjoy your day. That's the whole idea.

Photography matching and consultation is included — we match you to photographers we know and trust from years of working together. You book your photographer directly, and we coordinate everything.
Food and beverage are not included — you book and pay your caterer or restaurant directly. We match you to the right option based on your venue, guest count, and style. Most couples spend around $150 per person. A restaurant in a shared dining room is the most affordable; private chefs and full catering brought into a venue cost more.
Venues are not included — you book directly. We match you from years of California relationships. Costs range from $40 for a public park permit to $8,000–$15,000 for a full Saturday buyout of a winery or estate. Restaurants with private rooms typically run $1,500–$4,000. We'll recommend options that fit your budget.
Yes. Through your planning portal you can add ceremony musicians, floral upgrades, additional hair & makeup, a personalized ceremony script, and more at clear published prices.
