These terms govern your use of the Our Little Wedding website (ourlittlewedding.com) and the wedding planning services we provide. By submitting an inquiry, booking a wedding, or using our planning portal, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email us at planning@ourlittlewedding.com.
Our Little Wedding is a California-based micro wedding planning service. We coordinate intimate weddings for couples with up to 50 guests across Northern California, including San Francisco, Sonoma, Marin, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, Mendocino, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding areas.

Access to our private planning portal is included for all booked couples.
Venue fees and food and beverage charges are paid directly by you to the venue. If your wedding includes a DJ, that contract and payment is between you and the DJ directly. We'll connect you and make sure everything lines up, but we do not mark up or collect those payments.
Your photographer is contracted and paid directly by you, separate from our planning fee. We can recommend photographers who specialize in micro weddings and often coordinate with them on logistics, but the photography agreement is yours.
Booking your wedding requires a deposit paid through our online booking flow. The remaining balance is due at the interval described in your contract. All payments are processed through Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Deposit and refund terms are detailed in the service contract you sign at the time of booking. Those contract terms govern your specific booking. These Terms of Service provide the general framework; your signed contract is the binding agreement for your wedding.
We maintain a directory of vetted wedding vendors. Vendors who apply are reviewed by our team. We do not guarantee that any vendor listing is complete or continuously accurate, and we do not endorse any vendor's work beyond including them in our curated list. Vendor listing subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and may be cancelled at any time.
Booked couples receive access to a private planning portal. Portal access is tied to your couple account. Keep your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. Portal access ends after your wedding is complete.
We work hard to make your day run smoothly, but some things are outside our control: weather, venue changes, vendor availability, and circumstances that arise on the day itself. We will always do our best to find a solution and communicate promptly when something changes.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes for photography, flowers, or food, as these are provided by independent vendors. We do guarantee that we will coordinate everything and advocate for you when something falls short.
The copy, photos, and design on this site belong to Our Little Wedding or are used with permission from the couples and photographers who created them. You may not reproduce or repurpose our content without written permission. Wedding photos published on the site are owned by the photographers who took them; contact us if you need to know who to credit.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Our Little Wedding's total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. When we do, we update the “last updated” date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the site or services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on our site.
Changes to these terms do not affect signed booking contracts, which remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of signing.
