What's included in every package?
Personal florals (a bouquet or boutonniere for each of you), a licensed officiant, a custom wedding cake, Hair & Makeup for one, a day-of coordinator, a master timeline created and distributed to every vendor, marriage license guidance, curated shortlists for your food and photographer, and your planning portal from day one. These come with both Simple & Beautiful and A Full Celebration.
Does the package price include food, venue, and photography?
No, and that's intentional. Venue, food and beverage, and photography are choices you make from shortlists we build for you. You contract and pay those vendors directly. This keeps you in control of the biggest cost variables and means we're not marking up someone else's service. Our package price is what you pay Our Little Wedding.
What's the difference between Simple & Beautiful and A Full Celebration?
Both include the same core vendors. Florals, officiant, cake, and Hair & Makeup for one. A day-of coordinator too, plus a master timeline sent to every vendor. Simple & Beautiful caps at 25 guests, and we source your venue from our curated database. A Full Celebration goes up to 50 guests with a custom venue search. It adds extended 8-hour on-site coordination, outside vendor management, and 5+ planning meetings instead of 3. You can also add a DJ, transportation, or rentals that we coordinate directly.
What's the difference between an elopement, minimony, and micro wedding?
An elopement is up to 10 guests, just your closest people or just the two of you. A minimony is 11–25 guests. A micro wedding is 26–50 guests, available with A Full Celebration only. All sizes get the same included vendors and the same level of care. Guest count determines your price tier.
How does the planning portal work?
After your consult, we send you access to your real planning portal. You can browse and explore before you commit to anything. When you're ready, a deposit starts your planning, from there, your full team, vendor shortlists, and planning timeline activate in the portal. Your wedding date locks when you book your venue, not at the deposit stage.
What if I need more guests than the package allows?
You can add up to 2 guests above your original count for $75 per person. Children under 10 are always free. We cap at 50 guests total, that's the nature of a micro wedding. If you're expecting over 50, we're probably not the right fit.
Do you work with queer couples?
Yes, always. We are LGBTQ+-affirming and every vendor we work with shares that commitment. We use partner-first language because every couple deserves to feel seen on their wedding day.
Where do you plan weddings?
San Francisco, Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, Mendocino, Lake Tahoe, and throughout California. If you have a location in mind that isn't on that list, reach out, we travel for the right day.
