Intimate Weddings
A full wedding — ceremony, dinner, celebration — for the 12 to 50 people you genuinely want there. Planned and run by one team, from $4,500.
Somewhere between eloping and inviting your third cousins, there's a wedding size that most couples — when they're honest — actually want: everyone you love, no one you're obligated to, in a place worth traveling for.
That's the intimate wedding, and it's what we build. Not a scaled-down big wedding with sad empty space, but a celebration designed for its size from the start — the winery terrace that seats 40 perfectly, the chef's menu that only works for small rooms, the ceremony where every single face in front of you is one you know.
Our package puts one team behind the whole thing: officiant, florals, cake, hair & makeup, a day-of coordinator, and a planning portal that keeps every decision in one place. We match you to the venue, coordinate photography and catering, and run the day itself. You host; we work.
At 150, your wedding is a reception line. At 30, it's a dinner party with the people who shaped your life — and you actually get to sit with them.
Winery terraces, private dining rooms, estate gardens, redwood groves. The most beautiful spaces in Northern California hold 20–50 people, not 200.
Fewer plates means better plates. Better wine, a photographer you love, a venue with a view — instead of 100 extra chair covers.

There's no official definition, but in practice: roughly 12 to 50 guests. It's a full wedding — ceremony, dinner, toasts, dancing if you want it — with a guest list short enough that you talk to every person there. Under 12 guests we'd usually call it an elopement or minimony; over 50 it starts behaving like a traditional wedding.
Our packages run $4,500–$9,500 depending on guest count, covering officiant, florals, cake, hair & makeup, day-of coordination, and planning portal. Adding venue, dinner, and photography, most 20–50 guest weddings we plan land between roughly $15,000 and $30,000 all-in — versus a Northern California traditional-wedding average that commonly runs two to three times that.
It's usually a better one. The budget doesn't only shrink — it concentrates. Per guest, intimate weddings typically spend more on food, wine, and setting than big weddings do, because you're feeding 25 people at a chef-driven restaurant instead of 150 people from a banquet kitchen.
Anything you want, nothing you don't. First dances, toasts, cake cutting — all of it works at 25 guests. And the traditions you'd rather skip simply don't happen. No bouquet toss has ever been missed.
