Arrol and Stanley's private ranch wedding in Nicasio was 70 guests on the groom's family property in September 2023, an orchard ceremony, a private chef, and Stanley's sister standing up to marry them. At 70 guests it is the largest micro wedding in the Our Little Wedding portfolio, and it ran on the same principle as every smaller one: one place, one group of people, the whole day on the same ground.
Seven women getting hair and makeup done upstairs in the main house, then a first look on the veranda, vows under the fruit trees, dinner on the veranda as the sun dropped, and a Marin ranch celebration that ran late into the evening.

Getting Ready in the Main House
Upstairs in the main house, seven women got ready together, Arrol, her mom Jillian, her sister, Stanley's two sisters, his aunt, his cousin, and his mom, each sitting down for hair or makeup while the ranch woke up around them. Arrol was in her dress by mid-afternoon, her family already arriving on the property.
Then she and Stanley met for a first look on the veranda at the front of the house, before the guests came, a few minutes to themselves on the porch, with the valley opening up past them.

An Orchard Ceremony on the Private Ranch
The ceremony was staged in the orchard, chairs set among the fruit trees, with a string trio playing the guests in. Stanley walked in with his mom; Arrol came down last on her mother's arm to "Can't Help Falling in Love." Two flower boys and two flower girls led the way in ahead of them.
Stanley's sister, Candace, stood as their officiant and married them under the trees, family marrying family, with the rest of both families in the chairs. They recessed to Handel's "Arrival of the Queen of Sheba," and champagne was already poured and waiting as everyone came back toward the house.
