Billing

The plain terms

Is there a contract?

No. Featured and Preferred are month-to-month. There’s no contract and no minimum term.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like — your paid listing stays live through the end of the month you’ve paid for, then reverts to your free listing.

What if a payment fails?

You get a 7-day grace period. If a charge doesn’t go through, your paid listing stays up while we retry. If it still hasn’t cleared after seven days, the listing drops back to free — nothing is deleted, and you keep your founding rate if you fix it and come back.

Does my free listing go away if I don’t pay?

Never. Your free listing is always live. Featured and Preferred sit on top of it — they don’t replace it.

Does my founding rate ever change?

No. Once you claim a founding spot, that price is locked for as long as you keep your listing — even after the founding spots in your category are gone.
