Think upscale outdoor cocktail dinner in the heart of downtown. Great for a micro-wedding dinner or rehearsal dinner, not a full reception.

Pre-fixe large-party menus, or à la carte from the regular menu for smaller parties; menus change with the season and dishes can be added or swapped with pricing from the chef. House rulesA food-and-beverage minimum applies per room and varies by date and time — lunch is lower than dinner · The minimum is quoted pre-tax and pre-service-charge; all food and beverage counts toward it · The space charge is not per guest — it is for the room, based on date and time · Lunch service ends at 2pm · A signed contract secures the space; no deposit is required · Final headcount, pre-selected wines and all details are due about one week before the event · Tables are set with a gap for servers — one unbroken long table impedes service in the Alcove · No linens: couples may bring or have them delivered and the team will place them · No high chairs or booster seats · Staff do not cut and serve the cake, but provide the stand, plates and cutlery · The Garden sits under building-owned tenting; the building has closed it for tenting work before, with the indoor Vault Steakhouse offered as the alternative · Venue bar only · Main tables: 120"L x 30"W x 29"H, 10 seats each. Sweetheart table (4-top): 48"L x 30"W x 29"H. For 50 guests = 5 tables of 10. Lounge has cozy couches, can clear for dancing. A food-and-beverage minimum applies per room and varies by date/time (lunch lower than dinner, pre-tax/pre-service-charge). No linens provided (couple may bring or have delivered). Staff don't cut/serve the cake but provide the stand, plates, and cutlery.
