A ferry ride from San Francisco, bay views on every side, and a Mediterranean hillside that has drawn artists since the 1880s.
For a micro wedding, Sausalito means ferry accessibility: your San Francisco guests walk onto the Golden Gate Ferry at the Ferry Building, arrive in Sausalito 30 minutes later, and walk to the ceremony. No parking, no driving. The Bay Model Visitor Center — a 1.5-acre working hydraulic model of San Francisco Bay — hosts private events in an industrial space with genuine character. Cavallo Point, a mile north in Fort Baker, offers historic Army officer quarters and modern lodge rooms with the best bay view in Marin.
We plan the whole Sausalito celebration: officiant, florals, cake, hair & makeup, day-of coordination, and your planning portal.
Sausalito is the first town north of the Golden Gate Bridge — a hillside community that tumbles down to San Francisco Bay in a way that reminded Italian fishermen who settled here of the Ligurian coast. The waterfront has studios, galleries, and restaurants that have made Sausalito an arts colony since the houseboats arrived in the 1940s. The bay views — Angel Island, the city skyline, the bridge itself — are constant.

The Place
Golden Gate Ferry runs from the SF Ferry Building to Sausalito in 30 minutes. Your guests can attend a Marin County wedding without ever getting in a car.
The SF skyline, Angel Island, and the Golden Gate Bridge frame every ceremony setting in Sausalito — a backdrop no inland wine country town can replicate.
Sausalito's galleries, studios, and houseboat community give it a creative identity that suits couples who want something more distinctive than a vineyard.
