Juliete and Robert's summer vineyard wedding at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards in Sonoma was a warm June day in the winery's courtyard, the vineyard rows stretching out past the tile roofs and the Italian-villa walls. They wanted a Sonoma winery summer wedding that felt like a long afternoon in a warm courtyard. The piazza held it all.
The morning passed at the winery before any guests arrived, then the courtyard ceremony, portraits out in the vines, and a dinner that ran into the warm evening.
Hair and makeup ran through the late morning while the courtyard was still cool and quiet, the June light coming up over the vineyard rows behind the winery.
Juliete got into her dress with her people close by, and Robert was ready with time to spare, nothing to do in the last hour but wait for the ceremony to begin.

The ceremony was in the courtyard at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, the Tuscan-style piazza that sits at the center of the property. Juliete and Robert exchanged their vows with the estate's arches and tile roofs around them and the vineyard opening up beyond the walls.
Their closest family and friends filled the chairs. It was the kind of setting that does a lot of the work on its own, warm stone, summer light, and the vines just past the courtyard.

After the ceremony
Portraits Among the Vines
After the ceremony came family portraits and a walk out into the vineyard for couple photos. The piazza at the heart of the winery was modeled on the Jacuzzi family's ancestral home in Casarsa, Italy, and the estate gives you the courtyard, the arches, and the vineyard rows to work with, no shortage of places within a short walk.
Juliete and Robert took their portraits through the vines while the summer light held, then rejoined everyone in the courtyard.

Dinner in the Courtyard
Dinner was in the courtyard as the day cooled into evening. There were toasts and a cake, the vineyard going dark past the estate walls, and Sonoma wine on the table.
It was a Sonoma winery summer wedding at the scale they wanted, the courtyard, the vines, and the people who mattered most, together for a long summer evening.
